What is WVCardHub?
WVCardHub is a community directory for West Virginia's trading card, anime, and hobby scene. We list local card shops, upcoming shows and events, content creators, and vendors — all in one place.
Is it free to list my shop, show, or vendor profile?
Yes, completely free. Submit your listing and our team will review and approve it, typically within 24 hours.
How do I submit a listing?
Click "Add Listing" in the navigation bar or visit the Submit page. Fill out the form for your shop, show, creator channel, or vendor profile and hit submit. You'll need a free account to submit.
How long does approval take?
Most listings are reviewed within 24 hours. If you haven't heard back after a couple of days, feel free to reach out on our Discord.
My listing is already on here — how do I claim it and manage it?
Visit your listing page and click "Claim This Listing." We'll verify your connection to the business and grant you ownership so you can keep details up to date.
How do I update my listing after it's approved?
Once you've claimed your listing, you can edit it from your account page. If you haven't claimed it yet, contact us on Discord and we can update it manually in the meantime.
Can I list a shop or show that's just outside West Virginia?
Yes — we have a "Nearby" section for shops, shows, and vendors within roughly 50 miles of the WV border. Check the "Out-of-state but serves WV area" box when submitting.
How do I mark that I'm going to a show?
On any show detail page, sign in and click "I'm Going" or "I'm Vending Here." Your avatar will show up in the attendance list so the community knows who to expect.
How do I leave a review?
Visit the listing page for a shop, show, or creator and click "Write a Review." You'll need a free account. Reviews are public once submitted.
I found incorrect information on a listing. What do I do?
Use the "Report listing" link at the bottom of any listing page. Our team reviews all reports and corrects or removes inaccurate information.
How do I join the community?
Join our Discord server — it's the best place to connect with other WV hobby collectors, get show announcements, and talk cards.
I have a feature idea or suggestion. Where do I send it?
Head to our Suggestions page — we read every one.
